runaway girl

Since i know that Trivium will come to Jakarta, Indonesia, i tried my best to gather some money to go to their concert. But my daily pocket-money is not enough. Besides, december-january is a holiday so i got no pocket-money at all. Fortunately, i got a job in Rumah Pensil as a comic teacher and at the early of february i got my first salary. It’s Rp. 150.000 or $15, i know it won’t be enough just to buy the ticket.

 February, 10th 2010

The next day is going to be my birthday and plus, Trivium is going to have a concert in Jakarta. I got really stressed out because Trivium concert is the only thing that i wanted as my birthday present. So i thought, i have to go to jakarta by myself, no matter what…even if my parents won’t allowed me to go.

I met Adit, one of my junior in campus. After he called Rafky, He’ s agree to came with me to jakarta and they went to Ardan Radio to buy the tickets. Oh thanks God, finally i’m not alone. But, what about the money? Fortunately, my beloved bestfriend Ayu, lend me some money for me to go to Jakarta. yaaay! :D

February, 11th 2010, 07:00 am, My house, Bandung

i woke up worriedly for Adit didn’t report anything wether he got the tickets or not. But i tried to be happy because it’s my birthday.

09.00 am, My House, Bandung

Adit, finally, sent me a message and he said that the ticket wasn’t available yet so we must bought it today and he said that he couldn’t go with us for he lost his wallet yesterday. Damn!

But Rafky offered me to go just with him. eventhough i didn’t really know him, i accepted it.

09:30 am, My House, Bandung

Adit decided to come with us after he got some money from her mom in surabaya. And oh my god, we didn’t got the ticket (again!) cuz we’re late and Ardan Radio sold it out to other eventhough we’re already order it before. But they said we can buy it in jakarta so that we decided to leave soon.

11:00 am, Padjajaran University, Jatinangor (1 hour from my house)

i ran to campus to take money from ayu that i borrow yesterday and ran go back to the place where i have to meet Rafky and Adit. And this is it, the very long journey began.

11:30 am, inside the Prima Jasa Bus, Jatinangor-Jakarta.

can’t believe myself that i was here. Lying to my mom said that i slept in my friend’s house so i won’t go back home todayand borrow my friend’s money just to watch Trivium Concert. But it’s Trivium!

02:30 pm, Lebak Bulus, Jakarta

we arrived in jakarta. called someone from Lebak Bulus Ticket to ask them how to go to their place. After that, we take small vehicle transportation or you can call it Angkot, no.12.

03:15 pm, Lebak Bulus Ticket, Jakarta

after bought three tribune tickets for us, we’re confused. What should we do before the concert’s start? So we decided to go to Senayan City for sight seeing and killing time waiting for their show. But it’s far from here so we get back to Lebak Bulus Terminal.

04:00 pm, inside the Trans Jakarta Bus, Jakarta

i know it is embarrasing but this is the first time for me and adit to ride Trans Jakarta Bus or Busway so we know nothing about this. Haha. We had to take 3 busway from Lebak Bulus. First, from Lebak Bulus to Grogol 2; second, from Grogol 2 to Harmoni; Third, From Harmoni to Gelora Bung Karno. I thought it would b a short trip, but hell no it’s very faaaaaarrrr….

at the third bus, we got off from the bus and fuck it we’re at the wrong place! So we take the same busway again and terminally we got off in Gelora Bung Karno and we walk to FX mall.

05:00 pm, FX mall, Jakarta

take some money from ATM and changing Clothes. because it’s too late to have a sight seeing at Senayan City we decided to take a walk again to Plaza Senayan and eat something (FYI, I ate nothing from the very morning).

06:20 pm, Tennis Indor Senayan, Jakarta

i’m too tired to get so excited, sweaty, stinky, any kind of it. But after my sweat’s gone, i feel like, i don’t care if i’m sweaty, stinky, tired, out of money or even after the show i have to sleep in the PS3 rental, i really don’t fucking care! Because in an hour, i’ll watch Trivium! Hahahaaha!

07:30 pm, Tennis Indoor Senayan Tribune, Jakarta

08:00pm, Tennis Indoor Senayan, Jakarta

oh-my-god! They came out and i almost cried, hahaha. Headbang, scream more and more when they perform “becoming the dragon”, ‘The Anthem”, “deceived”, “like light to flies”, “Rain”, “to the rats”, “Dying in ur arms” untill 22 songs plus new unrelease song and the last, the most wanted song to perform “Pull harder of the strings of ur martyr”. They’re fucking awesome. They performed it perfectly. They said “terimakasih” and said that indonesian traditional food’s was great. Indeed it is, Matt, so please go back to Indonesia some other time.

10:20 pm, Tennis Indoor Senayan, Jakarta

the show’s over. I feel like the time’s passed too fast, i want more. But it’s already 24 songs eventhough they promised 25 songs to us. After take some picture in a fucking great backdrop of Trivium and the gate. Our friend from Jakarta, Bokep, came to pick us up to Pasar Rebo Terminal.
